My Digital Wellbeing Plan
In today’s fast-paced digital world, taking care of our digital wellbeing is more important than ever. As part of the N.E.T.I.Z.E.N. initiative, which encourages students to be Nurtured, Empowered, Thoughtful, Inclusive, Zen, Engaged, and Network-aware, students are invited to reflect on their digital habits and create a personalized Digital Wellbeing Plan.
Through this activity, students will:
π Analyze their current screen use
π― Set realistic goals for healthier digital behavior
π Discover the joy of offline activities
π Reflect on progress and make meaningful changes
